1. Return Eligibility
At LockAliGuard, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product. All items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact. If the product is damaged or defective, we will gladly accept a return within 7 days of receipt.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and specific instructions on how to proceed with the return. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. If you prefer an exchange, please indicate the item you would like to receive, and we will arrange for its shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or personalized items. These include custom locks, installed locks, and products marked as non-returnable on the product page. Please make sure the product meets your needs before purchase.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning a product due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
6. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with a description and photos of the damage. We will assist you in processing the return or replacement. We take pride in ensuring all products meet high-quality standards, and any defects will be resolved promptly.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your account. PayPal refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. If a product is exchanged, the shipping charges for the replacement item may vary depending on the product.
8. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of items that are in perfect condition but no longer needed. This fee helps us manage inventory and processing costs.
